AT FeroDoor, we believe that service begins not after a door is installed, but from the moment a customer engages with us.

Our involvement begins pre-construction, when your site is being prepared. From our experience in handling a wide range of projects big and small, from hospitality to commercial to healthcare to small architectural projects, we have come to understand that each project has its own unique requirements. Our specialist pre-installation site engineers survey your site to ascertain product suitability, hardware availability, storage facilities and site conditions down to the last detail.

This information is then shared with our highly experienced sales team. Using cutting-edge software and processes, we provide you with accurate quotes and drawings in a timely manner, giving you enough time to examine and approve them. This helps us match our manufacturing and delivery processes to your exact needs and schedules, so that your doors reach your site fully finished, exactly on schedule.

After the structure receives its first coat of paint, FeroDoor’s in-house Installation Teams swing into action. These trained teams, headed by an experienced Site Supervisor, are equipped with all the tools and materials required to properly install doors at the rate of 5 to 7 a day per team. If required, multiple teams can also be deployed to accelerate the installation process.

Post-installation, our commitment continues. All our products are covered under a 5-year warranty, with dedicated after-sales teams ready to service your requirements.
